How many people can use Stravito?
Everyone in your organization. There’s no per-person charge on any plan, so there’s nothing to count at signature or reconcile at renewal.
What uses credits, and what’s free?
Only AI work uses credits, like a researched question, a persona conversation or a screened idea. Search, browse, view, download, share, upload and sync are free at any volume.
How do we know how many credits we need?
We will work with you to size credits based on team access + functionality, building on experience from working with our current Enterprise client teams. Upon renewal, your organization’s usage will drive re-sizing.
What happens if we run out?
Nothing stops. You choose at signature whether overage is allowed. If you can see a shortfall coming, raising your allowance mid-term is the better-value option.
Can our price change during the term?
Your committed rate is fixed for the term, but you will be able to add additional AI Credits if desired. Activity costs are reviewed as costs change and additional features are added.
How are the MCP Server and APIs priced?
The MCP Server, Assistant API and full API suite are included in Scale, and available as add-ons on Core and Advanced. AI calls draw on your existing allowance, and there’s no setup fee.
Is our research used to train AI models?
No. Your content is never sent to model providers for training or used to improve the platform for anyone else. What the AI produces for you stays in your workspace.
