In relation to your use of Stravito's Services, Stravito may collect personal data from you such as your name and e-mail address.

Additionally, we collect visitor statistics, including IP-addresses, information on the device you are using and location, when using our Services.

 

How we use your data

We process the personal data collected in order to satisfy our legitimate interest of understanding how our Services are used and to develop and improve our Services. For this purpose, we use cookies and similar technologies. By enabling cookies in your web browser and using our Services or opt-in for our use of analytical cookies in the SaaS service you consent to our use of cookies. We may use your e-mail address in order to communicate with you regarding the Services, e.g. in order to inform you of updates and other changes to the Services, the cookie policy or this information notice. The processing of your personal data for these purposes above is necessary in order to satisfy our legitimate interest of keeping in contact with you regarding the Services.

Additionally, based on your consent, we may process your e-mail address to send direct marketing information to you relating to us, and our Services. You have the right to at any time oppose to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and de-register from future communications from us, please see contact details below.

We may also process the personal data that you provide to us in connection with accessing and using our Services and in your interactions with us for statistical purposes. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest of aggregating statistics in order to understand how our Services are used and to develop and improve our Services.

 

How long your personal data is retained

Any content, which does not include your personal data, that you have uploaded to the Services will be stored until further notice, unless you request that we delete the content.

Your personal data may be retained for such additional period that is necessary if we are required by law to retain the information, or in order to establish, defend or exercise legal claims. When your personal data is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will securely delete the data.

 

Disclosure to third parties and transfer outside of the EU/EEA

Stravito may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as suppliers and service providers, including such suppliers involved in providing the technical platform for the Services.

Some third parties are located outside the EU/EEA and in order to protect your personal data, Stravito will enter into data processing agreements with third parties, within and outside of the EU/EEA, to which your personal data is disclosed. Such data processing agreements will e.g. stipulate that the personal data may only be processed in accordance with Stravito's instructions. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile.
Albacross Nordics AB No. Albacross privacy policy can be read here. Albacross is used for lead generation and targeted advertisement towards companies and we provide visitors IP addresses to them.

For customers within the EU/EEA, personal data is kept within the EU/EEA.

We use AWS as our infrastructure partner when providing you the Stravito SaaS service.
Datadog, Inc. Yes. Datadog is used to log and monitor the Stravito SaaS Service, and may process personal data such as IP addresses and usernames. These logs are a necessity to keep the service secure.
Intercom, Inc. Yes, more information about how Intercom comply with GDPR can be found here. Intercom is used to provide support and services to users of the Stravito SaaS Service and may process some personal data, such as your e-mail address.
Heap, Inc. Yes, more information about how Heap maintain security and comply with GDPR can be read here. Heap is used for analytics of the Stravito SaaS service and may process IP addresses and usernames.
Hotjar, Inc. No, more information about how Hotjar comply with GDPR can be found here. Hotjar is used to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during sessions and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Google LLC Yes, more information about how Google work with privacy can be found here. We use Google G Suite as our e-mail service provider and in our daily communication with customers e-mail addresses may be provided to them.

 

Furthermore, we may process and disclose the personal data that you have provided to other third parties than outlined above in order to fulfill our legitimate interest of complying with applicable law and regulations and lawful regulatory requests or relevant orders from competent courts and public authorities and to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.

Additionally, we may disclose your personal data to third parties in case of a merger or a transfer of assets in order to fulfill our legitimate interest of carrying out such merger or transfer of assets.

 

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data that we process about you. You also have the right to request that incorrect or incomplete personal data is corrected.

Furthermore, you have the right, to the extent our processing is based on your consent, to at any time revoke your consent to our processing of your personal data. If you revoke your consent, we still have a right to continue to process the personal data that we already have collected based on your previous consent.

As of 25 May 2018, you also have, to the extent applicable data protection laws provide, a right to erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, to object to certain processing of personal data and a right to data portability.

Should you have any issues regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

 

How will we notify you of changes to this notice?

If we make any changes to this information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address that you have registered for your user account for the SaaS service.

For changes to this policy regarding the Stravito website, we will post a notice on the website informing you of these updates.

 

Your obligation in relation to data uploaded by you

It is possible for you to upload information to the SaaS service. You are responsible for any personal data uploaded by you to the SaaS service and for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to processing of personal data. This means e.g. that you have an obligation to provide the data subjects with information relating to your processing of the personal data and that you can only process personal data if you have a legitimate purpose and a legal basis for the processing. If you upload any personal data to the SaaS service as data controller, we will be data processor for the processing of such personal data and reserve the right to require that a data processing agreement is entered into.
