This year’s award recognizes ‘products bringing new ideas to life in innovative ways’, and has been presented to Stravito and Electrolux for the development and roll-out of The Electrolux Global Consumer Insights Library.
Powered by Stravito, The Library allows Electrolux employees to search for, and discover consumer insights in seconds - no matter where they are in the world.
Described by some in the organization as ‘a Google for Electrolux insights’, the platform has changed the way the multinational business that is over 100 years old uses its multi-million dollar research. Using AI and machine learning, it provides a single destination for employees to discover, access, connect, and share consumer insights.
